Rumors
There aren't a lot of rumors about Storm, beyond the fact that maybe it's a little odd to find a Hellsguard in a Yellowjacket uniform. He can often be found on patrol, alone or with a small squad, either within the walls of Limsa Lominsa or in the regions immediately surrounding the city. As yet, the farthest abroad he's been stationed is Aleport. Although a few of the bigger, brasher Roegadyn rogues around the city sometimes harass him for being runty (or possibly having a girl's name), they soon find out that what he's missing in height, he more than makes up for in bullheadedness and a low center of gravity.
Background
Singing Storm is not from Limsa Lominsa, though at this point it'd be nigh impossible to tell the fact. He left his tribe high in the mountains after the incessant hazing and abuse he earned over his small stature and perceived weakness became more than he could bear. Traveling to the great port city of Lominsa, he sought to find his fortune in the halls of arcanistry... but sadly, magic was not a talent he possessed and he washed out quickly.
Stranded in Lominsa without a source of income, (and not knowing the first thing about sailing anything), he signed on with the Yellowjackets instead and has been there since. As he's worked his way along, he's gained a reputation for stalwart (if somewhat stubborn) reliability, and an apparently unshakable devotion to duty.
